Celebration of the Summer Solstice at Quinta da Pedra
On Friday 27 June, the gates of the historic Quinta da Pedra, in the heart of the Minho region, opened to welcome friends, partners and wine enthusiasts for a unique moment: the celebration of the Summer Solstice with the still and sparkling wines of Fladgate Still & Sparkling Wines.
Under a clear sky and a breathtaking sunset, the party fused the best of Portuguese hospitality with the serene sophistication of our wines, in an evening full of elegance and nature. The mood was set by live music, creating a magical and enveloping atmosphere that allowed for a unique tasting experience.
Our Alvarinhos, produced at Quinta da Pedra, delighted the guests, toasting the solstice as the last ray of sunlight dipped through the treetops and the glasses were raised in unison.
Graça da Pedra, with its citrus flavours and vibrant acidity, and Milagres Alvarinho, with its silky and persistent texture, were the charismatic protagonists of an event that will remain in everyone’s memory.
