Recognized worldwide as one of the best winemakers of today, the Bordeaux oenologist is a consultant who is linked with great wines worldwide and in particular for his important scientific work in the field of vinification and aging of wines in barrels, contamination by various pollutants of chemical origin or microbiological, which have enabled the international development of the EXCELL analysis and expertise laboratory (HDP Group and now Laffort).

While being an owner of wineries in Bordeaux he is responsible for the oenology of the group Fladgate Still and Sparkling Wines.
