Born in France and grew up in La Rochelle north of Bordeaux. Completed his studies in viticulture and oenology in Bordeaux.

He has worked in Portugal, Chile and Spain with Bruno Prats in different projects until 2015 when he joined Bodega Numanthia as director of Oenology.

Now, more than thirty vintages later, Stéphane is the winemaker at Colinas São Lourenço since 2020.
