Bright lemon in colour, with some golden hints. Very gentle effervescence. Lemon curd and lemon peel aroma, with soft autolytic notes (biscuit/brioche), combined with some toastiness. Super elegant mousse in the palate, reflecting the long aging time on the lees. Less efervescence than usual. Balanced acidity that lingers through the finish contributing to a very enticing mineral sensation that is the highlight of this sparkling wine.
