The property’s 61 hectares of vines are spread across the rich clay-limestone soils that dominate the gentle hills of this estate. The entire vineyard is dry farmed, meaning no irrigation is used. The famous Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varietals combined with the rich limestone soil, the Coquard press and the region’s old tradition, makes it possible to produce sparkling wines that can rival with the best in the world, namely Champagne.

STORAGE: In a cool dry place (12 a 14 Cº) away from direct sunlight and without big fluctuations in temperature.
AGEING ABILITY: The wine is perfect to drink now but can be kept for up to 3-5 years after released in the market.
Light salmon in colour. Aromas of wild strawberry, redcurrant, cherry and bergamot with subtle notes of biscuit/brioche – very captivating. The mousse is extremely delicate on the palate, with a creamy and refreshing acidity, which contributes to a mineral sensation that lasts throughout. An excellent sparkling wine that can be served as an aperitif or as part of a meal.
