It was built as the residence of the Archbishop of Braga in the 18th century. SERVING TEMP: Serve between 8-10 Cº.
STORAGE: In a cool dry place (12 a 14 Cº) away from direct sunlight and without big fluctuations in temperature.
AGEING ABILITY: The wine is perfect to drink now, but will age beautifully up to 2028-30.
Bright golden colour. Pronounced aroma of apricot, wax, perfumed flowers, ginger and lychee. Medium-bodied, satiny, with vibrant acidity. Very mineral and with a very long finish that emphasises the perfect ripeness of the fruit and the complex aromas of the evolution in the bottle (preserved fruit, wax) in conjunction with the refreshing acidity.
