The property’s 61 hectares of vines are spread across the rich clay-limestone soils that dominate the gentle hills of this estate. The entire vineyard is dry farmed, meaning no irrigation is used. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are used to create our sparkling wines COLINAS. These famous varietals combined with the rich limestone soil, the Coquard press and the region’s old tradition, makes it possible to produce sparkling wines that can rival with the best in the world, namely Champagne.

TERROIR: Atlantic influenced climate, protected by the Caramulo and Bussaco Hills. Vineyards planted at high density (up to 6172 plants per hectare) on gentle hills of clay-limestone soils. Completely dry farmed.

SERVING TEMP: Serve between 6-7 Cº.
STORAGE: In a cool dry place (12 a 14 Cº) away from direct sunlight and without big fluctuations in temperature.
AGEING ABILITY: The wine is perfect to drink now, but can be kept for up to 3-5 years after released in the market.
De bolha fina persistente, apresenta cor palha brilhante com tons esverdeados. Bright straw colour with greenish tones and a delicate mousse. Citrus aroma combined with pronounced notes of biscuit/brioche, extremely enticing. Very delicate mousse and a vibrant freshness in the palate, contributing to a mineral sensation that lasts throughout. The finish is fresh and extremely long with great depth of aromatics.
