Colinas Cuvée “Lady Sara” Brut Rosé 2017

The property’s 61 hectares of vines are spread across the rich clay-limestone soils that dominate the gentle hills of this estate. The entire vineyard is dry farmed, meaning no irrigation is used. These famous varietals combined with the rich limestone soil, the Coquard press and the region’s old tradition, makes it possible to produce sparkling wines that can rival with the best in the world, namely Champagne.

LOCATION: S. Lourenço do Bairro, Anadia, Portugal (Bairrada DOC)

TERROIR: Atlantic influenced climate, protected by the Caramulo and Bussaco Hills. Vineyards planted at high density (up to 6172 plants per hectare) on gentle hills of clay-limestone soils. Completely dry farmed.

CASTAS: Pinot Noir (100%)

PRODUÇÃO: Método clássico

SERVING TEMP: Serve between 6-8 Cº.

STORAGE: In a cool dry place (12 a 14 Cº) away from direct sunlight and without big fluctuations in temperature.

LONGEVIDADE: Todos os complexos aromas desenvolvidos durante o estágio autolítico, ou seja, o tempo que passou em garrafa em contacto pleno com as borras da 2ª fermentação, estão agora na sua melhor fase e assim se manterão por mais 2 a 5 anos.
